There is an N.B when it comes to the Hotline Miami 2 level creator beta. It’s a bit sad through, as the music is a big part of what makes a great Hotline Miami level. However, the level desinger will include all content from the base game, but you won’t be able to stick your own music in your maps due to copyright issues when it comes to sharing. It’s only launching on Steam for the time being sadly, and it won’t support Steam Workshop for the time being. We’ve been waiting to create our own murder-mazes in Hotline Miami 2 for nearly seven months, when the developer stated the level creation tools were “pretty close to completion”.įinally, a date has been put on a release date for the level creation tools – but sadly it’s only a beta.Īlthough there’s been an unofficial back-door workaround for level creation in the game for months, come December 10 the official beta will begin. The Hotline Miami 2 level editor is finally coming this December, much to the delight of fans.
